@@dantrierweiler4419 thanks for the info, video and your service! Update: after Looking around a few forums the model number for the actuator for this particular situation with the passenger side stuck in hot or cold mode is the 604-141
I had this problem in my 2011 Enclave. I spent the money on a new actuator, and it did not fix the issue. I then tried disconnecting the negative battery cable for an hour. I reconnected it, started the car, and the computer system reset itself. I had cold air all around and all vents were blowing.

T3983001 should be it. Advanced Auto is where I got mine. Hope it helps. If you can find part 2 of the video it has more info.

Are both actuator the same thing 5plug wire. 3 screws.? I see they have the same T3983001 code.
I'm 97% sure they are the same.
