    Why not just trying to eat healthy and skip all the gimmicky supplements. McDougall and Furhman got it right. Don't look for a supplement to substitute for right foods.

      I need an Aortic valve replaced, I can't find anything about making it better without surgery.

      Human beings are Omnivores - we have millions of years of dietary history which involves eating a wide range of food types. The important element in this, is of course 'Activity' - if you do not move around and enable the body to develop strength and endurance, you will become chronically sick. Moderate quantities of all the food groups produce the best possible outcomes, along with reasonable intense exercise, not long duration, but short bursts regularly taken.
