Na Raiders, all Chargers got is Herbert with a huge contract, aging & injury prone players, no defense & highest state tax in the nation
All Raiders mainly needs is a QB, he can draft one, mold him from scratch & build around him on a rookie contract with no state tax

Jim Harbaugh said he likes Justin Herbert and thinks he's the best young QB in the NFL. It was already reported that the Chargers are his preferred destination. It will be up to the Chargers if they want him or not.
