I absolutely loved this routine. I typically include some gentle stretches into my bedtime routine to unwind from the day and release any tensions - most times unguided as I mostly listen to my body on what I need right now and often hold a stretch longer. This was a great routine I did this evening. Absolutely loved your cues and positive energy and words. Much love 🖤
This was SUCH a blessing. I have terrible lower back pain and when I saw this video and heard the kindness in the voice of the woman leading the video I knew I could push through the pain.
I feel so much better, I don’t think I triggered any inflammation, and I feel proud of myself for taking ownership of my situation and trying to improve it. 💛💛

I too was so happy to see a big woman leading the class. 98% of the videos I've personally and randomly watched are lead by slender women. To remark that one is happy to see some diversity... Please, it was only a comment not an insult. ✌
