Loosen the axle aluminum nut on one side and then your 4 fork axle pinch bolts bottom of fork and push down on the handlebars 5-6 times with the brake held, should center the wheel to the fork legs. Tighten mildly the axle nut you lossened and then tighten down fully the axle pinch bolts back up when done. Finish with final tightening of the axle's aluminum bolt/nut to finalize the procedure. whoops that fork doesnt have axle pinch bolts like many inverted forks.
