Courageous, Matt. I was so impressed working with you on the Joplin tornadoes in 2011.

I'm still missing Dan Harris, and his self deprecating humor on GMA Weekend.

Panic attacks suck. I had a few about two years ago and it was unreal, I couldn't calm myself down, thought this might be the end of it. I learned to do mindfulness meditation and went to therapy to learn boundaries. Books like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels helped me to let go of expectations and let anxious thoughts pass. I learned from those attacks though, learned how powerful our conditioned thoughts can be.

I kind of don’t agree this time around. Matt Gutman always seemed humble and very compassionate. I think he letting the world know panic attacks can strike anyone at any level and have devastating effects on ones life career and mental well being

I think that's a hard judgment in this case.. and actually he's using his experience to try and help other people in the same boat... and there are a lot of people, not just celebrities, suffering in silence whom I'm sure will be helped by this interview alone. Maybe you've not had panic attacks and don't understand?
