Invest in a banded head lamp. Makes atuff like this so much easier. Just remember to turn/take it off before ya walk inside and blind your wife/GF who will surely cuss ya out🤣

Would have been more helpful to show getting that bottom clip off. Good tip on the passenger side strut. There is an indentation on the top and bottom of the clip of the passenger side strut of the bottom connector. It is directly on the other side of where the hole is. This is helpful to know since you can't really see this part.
