Some useful ideas here. I'm going to try them with a 10 man Rubric Marine squad that all have flamers, inside a Rhino. The extra move should let me get my 12" range flamers close to screened Lone Operative units and put some strong pressure on my opponent's back line.
Note that Rapid Ingress is useful for Admech, especially with the Transvector that can deepstrike turn 1 inside the enemy's deployment zone. If the enemy uses screening units, it will be that many more units forced to stick around in their irradiated deployment zone just for defense. With the Conquerer imperative active, your transport and disembarking units will get a bonus to AP when shooting at any targets in the enemy DZ, yet another way to make them a problem that's difficult to ignore. (Edited: used the wrong imperative!)

Let's say I have an aircraft, since they have a minimum movement are they places on the battlefield then make their move or do they set where they are placed. The aircraft I am looking to use doesn't have Hover but has bombs that are dropped on a unit it Flys over during its movement.
If you bring in an aircraft from strat reserve/deepstrike, you do not get to use your bombs, as your model did not move over any enemy models. a good way around this is to rapid ingress the aircraft on your opponents turn, somewhere out of range and safe from your opponent. then on your turn you can move it over your opponents models and drop bombs!

What about using fast units like Stormboyz or Raptors with the strategem?
Great option as you can create a large area of threat for your coming turn, or be in a better position to score secondaries!
