The e55 sounds nice. What for modification?

To my knowledge the catalytic converters have been removed and nothing else.

I found out that the resonator has also been removed on the E55. So it's basically straight-pipe up to rear muffler which is still there.

    Wich car is the fastest?

Good question. I should make a video about it. If you manage to launch the Audi well it is probably faster from standstill but the Mercedes has more torque and therefore can probably accelerate faster in higher gears, however the automatic transmission has more losses than the manual. But then again the Audi is all-wheel drive so there's some drivetrain losses there. Even their weight is really similar at 1700-1750 kg. I guess there's only one way to find out. :-)

Any recommendations for modifying the S5 exhaust? As cheaply as possible of course :-)

Just remove the rear muffler … and put a straight pipe instead

@@TheAndreanicotra It's done! Thank you for your suggestion. Videos coming up in the following weeks with the new exhaust note. You can check the latest video filmed from inside the car with the rear mufflers removed in case you haven't already :-)
