For duel girth hitch straps you only need a single cam on one side. The other side can just be a strap that goes through that cam. Common in river running. The double cam is redundant. Do like the robust built in chafe guard. I usually cheese those out of a piece of hypalon with a slit in for the strap and run it up to the cam with hypalon under it to protect,,, if you can picture that. Personally, for top duffels I like quick release 1.5" buckles with short leads. When you pull the bag off you can leave the bike-side buckles on semi-permanently, and same for the bag. Just faster than messing with routing straps, dealing with the tails, having to remove the straps to get into the bag, and having to fully take the straps off every time you want to ride without the bag.
Nice video ! Though I'm not really sure that rear racks are physically designed to withstand the weight of a bike + someone on it. I'm not experienced in this thing, might be wrong.
I got these straps. Until that useful video I was creating amazing loops, knots and fancy fractals. Luckily, it is now much easier than my previous acrobatics. Thanks
Great quality, easy to use and practical in most cases. However, because the buckle assembly is a fixed length, it is more difficult to center on a Backcountry 40 duffle or the new Backcountry 30 duffle when utilizing the attached tent pole bag and objects/items attached the MOLE straps. It can be done, but the buckles cannot be maneuvered independently for precise fit - nesting the buckles in between the gear - and can protrude slightly upward. Not a strong detractor, but worth noting. I use both the new and old style straps with both the 40L & new 30L. Trail tested and overall recommended.
ciao a tutti, mi permetto un consiglio, dovreste applicare delle protezioni in silicone. come queste www.giuntialpunto.it/product/b07911py3l/auto-e-moto-magma-set-di-vinghie-di-fissaggio-di-tensione-di-ancoraggio-con
That would be pretty useful for the times when I need a KLR to tow my KTM home.....
LOL!

Nice, Sam! Sounds like you've got your systems are dialed - sound intel. Appreciate you checking out our gear.
They also make a great self-recovery 1:1 strap if you go over an embankment or need to inchworm your way up an inline. Nice video!

So glad you you found this video! Straps can be a bit confusing.
Those straps seem to be pretty well thought out and plenty versatile
