The pain while sleeping will go away after awhile. It took me months after surgery for the pain to completely go away when trying to sleep. Otherwise 3 things helped me restore my sleep patterns after surgery because they were completely mashed up like yours: - Taking magnesium a couple hours or so before going to bed - Taking Melatonin an hour before bed - Turning all screens off (including my phone after 9pm) It took a couple months but it worked me. Maybe you should try your own variation that may help you get some sleep.
So proud of you on this journey Trey. You truly are driven, dedicated and disciplined. ❤
