    I do DIY protein treatments every two months. Since I've started with DIY protein and DIY hair mask treatments in 2018, my hair is thriving.

      I use Aphogee 2 minute as needed. I use Aphogee 2 step, or Dudley DRC 28 as needed. My hair isn’t relaxed or color treated but I’m still high porosity. I use Olaplex 0,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 but it’s not a protein. My hair is WL, 3C, and low density.

    Literally just did one. I’m on a monthly schedule too just about. I’m so in tune with my hair that I can just tell when I need one. The apogee 2 step kit is my fave! ❤

    The step 2 broke off my hair majorly. Never had a hair product issue before. So upset. I followed the instructions completely. Im sending it to a lab.

      Hey, this could be due to the porosity of your hair. Since everyone as different hair types meaning different porosity so, different nutritional value that the hair needs. I am pretty sure u might have low porosity but I might be wrong hope this helps 🫶

    I use HASK Keratin conditioning treatment. It has a bunch of good proteins and still very moisturizing for someone with fine hair (prone to protein overload)

    Hey Melissa. I've been watching you for awhile. My channel isn't about hair but I've incorporated life things on my channel. Anyway bottom line is that I just did an aphogee protein treatment after years of not doing one. To me too #Aphogee is the TRUTH 🎉

    should i clarify? do you have a clarifying shampoo recommendation or should i use ACV?

    • @MelissaDenise
      @MelissaDenise  7 месяцев назад +4

      Only if you find it necessary. You honestly don’t have to. Your everyday shampoo will work just fine. My fav clarifying is by Eden bodyworks. I’ll link it in the description.
