My problem is unlike apple car play only get a quarter of a screen. Do you know how I can get full screen on android auto as ive tried everything.
Hi. Unfortunately, car brands have limited that option mostly to include their own interface/branding on the remaining screen. I have been unable to find any such app that allows full screen. I'm always actively looking for such apps and would create a video if I ever find something useful.
After a clean sweep of the whole RUclips ..landed here and the instructions are to the dot and works like a bullet to the point.

yes, nothing seems to be working on android 14. I'm actively searching for a solution to it but no luck yet. Only known alternatives are android ai boxes on which I've made several videos too.

Everything good until I plug in the phone and go to the car screen under amdroidauto amnd cannot find the s2a app on the car screen...
Android 14? Many issues with latest Android version for every single phone I've come across.
Hi after installing on my oppo find 6 android 14 it now hangs up on calls after a few seconds to max 1 minute 30 seconds its fine with messenger calls.
what about the other apps? do video apps work?

Ciao, sono felice di sapere che per te ha funzionato. Hai aggiornato il tuo telefono all'ultima versione di Android 14? Ciò sta causando problemi e attualmente sto cercando una soluzione.
@@HarryWT no non ho ancora ricevuto nessun aggiornamento ad Android 14... soltanto screen auto 2 ogni volta che la apro mi ricorda che è disponibile la versione 3.7 e di aggiornare...aggiorno oppure mi tengo la versione attuale? Negli ultimi giorni ho scoperto anche che quando attivo screen auto 2 non mi funziona più il touch del monitor dell auto per comandare i video di RUclips e quindi devo comandare tutto dallo smartphone...
@@Skull81Oh va bene. sì, vai avanti e aggiorna la versione. Dovrebbe funzionare esattamente come funziona in questo momento e risolvere eventuali problemi di funzionalità. Tuttavia, se non è di tuo gradimento, puoi sempre reinstallare l'apk dalla descrizione del mio video. Speriamo che funzionerà meglio per te con la versione aggiornata.

Screen2auto is not showing up on customize or car but all car apps appear on my car. It just gives some stuff that is not important
You can remove the icons that you do not need in customize launcher. Regarding s2a, issues have been arising in almost every phone ever since android 14 was introduced. There is no solution yet. I'm actively searching for a solution to this for every phone. Will post a video of it as soon as I find a solution. Which phone model and android version do you have.

Unfortunately, even I am not sure how to disable the automatic updates. But even after updating the software to the latest version, it seems to be working in my car.
I cant find androit auto in my phone ,but when i connect to my car a have....
And now i dont know how to go in developer settings
here is how. Without connecting to car's android auto, go to phone settings, then apps, then android auto, then scroll down and see the option continue in app. That will take you to the android auto app.

I'm not able to install S2A apk. I only get a notification that Google Play Protect as blocked this App deeming it unsafe. I don't get the option of installing the app anyway...
I think the option to install 3rd party apps has been disabled in the phone. Please enable that in order to download/install the file. Which phone are you using?
