- Week 6 of 2024 brings with it more strong running. The workouts feel controlled and the volume is very achievable. It might be time to step up.

Thanks mate, yeah the run on Sunday will give me a bit of an idea. I’ll do it at what I hope is my threshold intensity. If I can’t hold it, then that’s a sign I need to dial back!
