- Week 7 was a tumultuous week. I finally have the video out now.

Ive been debating between doing the 30k or the 10k at the Cairns 50. Im pretty close to hitting a 40min 10k on current fitness and I would consider it a huge achievement so leaning towards the 10.k.

The 10k is a good course. Basically two laps of the Glenoma Parkrun course. Flat and fast! Sub 40 would be huge!
