    I had a flare up last week with my back unfortunately.
    Got into the Doctor's and Physio today so pool work today and tomorrow with hopefully a slow long run on Friday to test it out.
    Not where I wanted to be 3 weeks out from Brisbane Half Marathon 😫

      @runningwithaj yer at work just been virtually flatout since the term went back. I can't remember if I asked you are you doing the Cairns half or full marathon?
      Hopefully I can bump into while we are up there post race 😀
