I hear you there. best i remember was buying 200 to 500 dollar cars that run but need work and now it’s 1500 if you’re lucky it runs but will probably need a motor or transmission. I used to buy and fix a lot of cars for extra money but quit when everything went up.
@@matthewwhite4799 cool story: Bought a 1965 nova II wagon off an old lady when it was 16 years old. Cost me 600 bucks, had 63,000 miles. All it needed was hoses, tune-up, tires. Drove it for 5 years. Ahhh the good old days.
