Cool
Cant wait!...
Why does the sound fade out while fully loaded?
@Franky Baby Hey Rick, How's that Sasquatch at the Elk River estate? You built a home where I'd never dare to go. If you smelled one, you'd know.
@@crazylegs4125 Fascism?
A guy with a triumph shirt, riding on a Harley on his way to buy Honda.
Only enjoying 1 thing in life sounds boring
Sounds American to me.🤦🏽♂️
He is Rich man Las Vegas know him
@@supremeleader922 ??! Ok.....
Yeah so
Where’s the Harley’s?! ... “Knock it off, you road a Honda like everyone else!” 🤣👍✨
Title should'vebeen, "Rick teaches master motorcycle mechanic and historic motorcycle shop owner about motorcycles with an emphasis on Honda's"
Too long
Love it lol was sort of looking for a comment like that 😂
Rick should have his own show where he explains to experts what they already know about.
Maybe he would name it “Pawn Stars”
Pretty scripted...
My first bike was a 1973 Honda XL175. I was 18, walked into a dealer, picked one out. I’d never ridden a motorcycle before. Got a quick demo in the parking lot on how to ride it ans was hooked on a lifetime on riding! It’s been a real love affair! Got a Harley now. Which, by the way was the first motorcycle I’d ever rode on when I was 5.
Was this before insurance ?
Honda never disappoints.
"No old man"
Sure has a different feeling now.
True!
he's lucky he missed 2020...
yeah... :(
Yeah
yee that line hits diffrent now...
I had a 1965 Honda CD 160 when I was 15 years old, it was black and it was in rough condition when my dad bought it. We did a complete overhaul restoration on it ,and then I must of put 1.000.000 miles on it and it never left me stranded , EVER! it was a great dependable bike ,I wish I still had it! I've been riding motorcycles for 51 years now and I wish I still had all of the 148 bikes I have owned and ridden again ! True love !
i liked the shop owner, seems like a pretty cool guy
''They all walk in with the creaky leather''
He is. I know that place, its on the other end of town on Junction Avenue, Away from Main street and Lazalle. across the street from the Chamber of Commerce more or less. I go every year since 2012.
I know this segment doesn't show the shop, but I'd love to see a segment where Rick shows some of the weird stuff he has for sale on the shelves in the background there and talks about what they are and where he got them.
90% of what they sell comes from desperate degenerate gamblers.
5-7% comes from out of State tourist gamblers.
The rest is local exchange.
Have a great day!
They did this on the dvds
There's this show called pawn stars you should check it out some time
on this show 99% of the material is them buying something. only times i ever saw them make a sale was with dana white, steve carrel, and katie couric
This show is filmed in a studio . It's all scripted. None of them actually work in the store anymore.
Gotta love when Rick goes in someones shop and tells them what they already know.
He did it like 20 times during his trip to Sturgis. Think about all the other b-roll footage that didn't make it into the episode.
I loved Rick's last words "and i can still make a couple grand off it".
Imagine being drunk and not being able to find your bike out of the 200,000 bikes or so out there.
If you're that drunk you shouldn't be trying to get on your bike anyway
Absolutely LOVING this series arc at Sturgis! Thanks for the upload and keep em coming!
I was lucky enough to go to Sturgis 3 times and stayed in a house with my U.S. friends, great times.
Rick gives a history lesson on Honda motorcycles to a guy who's been building them his entire life.
You noticed that too? You may have noticed that this is a regular practice on the show. I believe that this is deliberately done to info the viewers who don't know the history of many of their purchases.
Rick has knowledge about everything, he must be God
The show we be very boring without it...I enjoy learning about different things.
I had a 1967 Honda CL160. Rode it from the Midwest to California and back.
*Walks into store* "Mind if I have a look around?"
No, Rick, he owns a store and doesn't want people to look around.
0:24 i love rick who sneaks a little motivation in the video😂
When he sits there giving a history lesson to the guy that owns a motorcycle store. You can tell the guy is annoyed thinking "I already know all this, dipsh*t."
In Latin America this show is actually dubbed as 'El Precio de la Historia' which literally translates to 'The Price of History'. 😂
That takes me back. My first bike was a '65 Honda Superhawk. I bought it in '70 and it was pretty tired. Too heavy for me so I traded it for a ten-speed bike. The poor boy who traded with me tried to blast that old bike down Highway One and blew up the engine. :-(
Many years ago, I had a Honda 1967 S90. Similar style to the one featured here. Loved that bike. Started with 2 kicks. Would go 60mph. Wish I style had it.
it is a motorcycle with very easy maintenance, simple and fuel efficient, will never regret buying it
Rick looks like a 5 year old that was chewing on his shirt all day
He's gotta stretch it, or CHEW it, back into place, Lol
Remembered this episode of Pawn Stars when it aired and instantly recognized what Rick was looking at. Right down to the off white paint and double seamed chrome exhaust pipes this is identical to the ‘66 CB 160 I bought in ’69 for $350 except I recall the fenders flaring slightly front and back giving it a more streamlined look. Nice bike and dependable ride for a fifteen and a half year old who could fill the tank for less than a handful of quarters and the only thing better than cruising out to the beach with the guys was giving local girls rides around town and enjoying the discoveries every tap on the brakes would bring though some risk was involved it being illegal to carry passengers with just a learner’s permit… maybe I was sixteen and licensed when I started doing that? A memorable episode from a great show.
The CA160 had the fenders like you described. Might have been one of those. Similar engine but 1 carb instead of 2.
That is a really nice bike. Rick wasnt going to leave without it. Was fun to watch. Great video
I had that exact same bike...same color..it sat in a guys garage for 20 some years and we checked the oil put gas in it and it fired up...the only thing that didn't work was the speedometer..the cable was frozen..the seat didn't even have cracks... I bought it for 250...in southern Michigan..
Crazy how they were both talking about Honda’s and rick happened to turn around & spot their “one of a kind” Honda sitting in the back
it was sitting in the back because he already bought it. Its all show. They made a deal off camera before then made a fake dramatic deal on camera just to put something on the show.
@@SuperBennnnnnnnn it's scripted, fake, not real, not this time, all made up, fake items, from a museum, not real, we made it all up.
I doubt he even really bought the Honda. It was a history lesson and nothing more.
I had one of those in the mid 70’s.
I still have it tho, it was produced on late 70's and i was born on 1989, the bike is srsly older than me, us in the bike Community have a sentence for the situation says "it hits the road while you're still in a ball sack" 😂😂😂
Rick just looked badass rolling up there,Almost like The Terminator from T2 kinda vibe
My dad bought a brand new 1976 Honda CB360 in red. He rode it a couple times then passed away January of1977. It sat in our garage for years. It had maybe 100 miles on it.
Why don't you use it???
Huh, I thought Rick was gonna be like, "I'll give you 500 for it."
Rick: *enters motorcycle shop*
Owner: *introduces himself*
Rick: “Mind if I look around?”
Owner: “I mean you don’t need my permission to look around, it’s a shop, what are you, drunk?”
Yeah
Jim carrey in pawn shop
Jim:hi I'm jim carrey
Rick:let me call someone who is an expert at celebrities
Watching pawn stars instead of studying for a final lol
So.......what's your point? This is a TV show, or didn't you know that?
Had a family vacation out there the year after the movie " Dances With Wolves " came out, there was motorcycles all over !
CB's were tough old bikes, a Mate bought a CB350/4 (I think it was a 72 or 74) for about $50 Bucks back in the mid 80's, rode it 2000 clicks to my place, I put a Carb kit in for him, tuned it up & gave it a quick paint job, he spent the next 12 months riding around the coastline of Australia, sold it about 5 years later for a bigger Bike still running perfectly for several hundred dollars.
I had a 305 'wet' dream... it was awesome.
You guys rox heaps! We watch ALL you're shows down here in Sydney, Australia, ALL the time!
Rick! Change your laundry shirt!
It was bike week. We're lucky they wiped off the rogue road pubes!
Title should be “Rick Teaches Master Motorcycle Owner about Motorcycle’s”
"Candy" for Corey...
I had a CB 160 (black) in 69 at UF. A freshman couldn't get a parking decal, so I took a bike there and had to bum rides to the beach with my surfboard. Happy times. Loved that bike, but quickly found out how many people didn't see me making a left turn and almost ran me over several times. The light weight of this ride was very attractive. That while one is cool
a CB160 in off white, man oh man I love it! I'm a honda fan boy
This dude owns a bike shop and specializes in hondas and Rick still explains the bike to the guy who built it himself
It's scripted
@@dogs4homeprotection104 doesn’t make it any less funny
in my country you find this bike in every block..! Even my dad owned one
beautiful region of America
-Yes indeed That 160cc first year Honda was a great bike to look at & a great bike to own. I like everything about that bike & the list would be to long to list here. But just a very few things would be Duel carburetors-slant cylinders-3 color option-front And rear shocks & padding on both sides of the gas tank. Even though my main bike is a Yamaha 750 twin I would still love to have this 160 just for display and a short 1 mile ride about every 7 or 8 months.
Rick You are the best .i like watch all new episodes of pawn stars.and teaching things
0:24 Pawn Stars knows its audience.
Rick is a trailer queen.
Harley Davidson WLA is one of the best motorcycles out there, it was good to the troops in WW2, and Korea.
My dad was in the Navy and brought one home from Japan on a C-130 Hercules aircraft.
Man, i have my CB 125 that literally older than myself, and it's still kickin the asphalt really well, i love it and i won't let it go except the situation push me to do it. :)
@@yerisudiyono what situation?

Certified Gold!!!!!
Rick trying to school an expert.
This bike is an all around success and a Beauty 👍
The other dudes just like "Ya I already know everything you're telling me".
Your are a wizard Harry
Mine was a 1983 Kawasaki 250. I loved that little bike.
Took my m/c license test on a '66 Honda 160. Thought it was a pretty big bike back then.
I remember those very well. 👍
that was a great looking bike for what he was asking.
Gotta admit I like that white shade.
All I had were honda yamaha and kawasaki in the 70s
0:02 haha!!!! No chum
Love watching people low ball someone on “one of a kind” items lol
I bet Rick already owned that bike. He probably drove it there to checkout the shop. Then pretended to “buy” it from the owner lol.
Love seeing people overcharging for a one of a kind item... It's not one of a kind.
Contact the shop and buy it for $7000.
Jason Michael This was from Season 7.
@@phettumbling9863 Oh, you're saying they don't lowball anymore? You guys should be buying these low-priced items and flipping them.
Ryk sei un grande!!!! Una grande persona con un intelletto straordinario!!!! Ti stimo fratello💯💯💯💯
Chum: Look at me. I'm Evel Knievel.
Rick: Where did you get the keys to my bike?
This brings found memories because that was my first bike.
Tbh I really like these episodes
The fated part 3 thank you RUclips algo
Wonderfull bike.
They should do more episodes like this one here.
I had 68 cb160 learned to wrench on it
Even Sonny Barger said if they were smart they would of never started riding Harleys.
Good looking little bike
One Heart Honda nambawan
In the 70s I remember bikes like this being sold for $50-100 or just pushed into the scrap metal pile
My grandpa when he was younger bought his first bike for 40 bucks! It was some sort of dirt bike Suzuki which he taught him self to drive
I did see a Royal Enfield for a sec.
Yes you seen royal Enfield maroon colour
Electra
Cool bike!!
This was my 1st bike in 1968 !
When the 175's came out with the Blinkers etc., They outran me early, but I got M top side ! 🤐⚜️☮️
FIRE
Not only are they pawners they also have knowledge
Funny how I'm watching this because I 'm about to get my PCX150 in a couple of weeks. I'm going to be using it for mostly deliveries, and some enjoyment while I'm working, and I think I'm going to be spending the same price that Rick is spending on his little motorcycle. That on is really looking awesome I wish I could own
That's a really nice bike for a great price.
no old man indeed rick. no old man indeed
I took my MC endorsement test on a 66 CB 160 Scrambler in 66.
I need to have one like that
Ricks laugh sounds like a steam train 😂
In 1967 I had a 305 Scrambler and my cousin had a 160. Honda-sized Hell's Angels............ ;-)
The Sturgis episodes are cool
That bike came in blue as well.
Beutiful bike!
Sweet honda
I’m realizing that Rick is smart Homer Simpson
Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance by Robert pirsig. Book classic. To bad they don’t read. 😢😢😢❤
