It’s clear that neither one of you have ever participated in rescue operations.
You extract through the sunroof or the windshield or the rear window.
For starters, the vehicle was on fire when they tried to get her out. So even if they could get the equipment to pull her out that way, it would be too late
Windshield, sunroof, and rear window were the only options available at that point and since first responders did not know the state of the driver that left breaking either the sunroof or the windshield
@@OmarGursh I pulled a person out of a car in a similar situation before. The doors automatically unlock in a crash, so I hopped up, opened the door and pulled her out. It's simple, if you're any type of a man and not some weakling.

Well, there Sparky yes, doors are designed to unlock, but it depends on the size of the vehicle, how much the door weighs, how heavy the person you’re extracting is, whether they’re lucid or inebriated or even unconscious.
I spent 33 years on rescue operations. I’m pretty sure I’ve got a good handle on it having done hundreds upon hundreds of these.
