I remember being a teenager and accused of shoplifting at a record store in the local mall. The store manager asked if he "could look in my jacket" to look for stolen merchandise. I said "sure" and the incident was over once he saw my jacket had no stolen goods. The ability to deescalate oneself and control impulses is a hallmark of success in life.
The same with me and the guy asked for my receipt.

Store employee was saying he paid for two, but he took four, that’s what I get out of it. But then at the end when he was outside, he only had two so.
