I know its not all but a whole lot of back s think they can just bully there way through situations they put themselves in. Then cry victim when defeated. Just a pattern ive recognized.
I’m not saying he is innocent. I also did not see him bite the cops. But I was arrested for a crime that never even happened. I was railroaded by a state cop and the lying prison guard that brought the charges. They were both part of another questionable 🤨 organization. I also believe they threatened my lawyer. My lawyer and his team claimed one thing about the evidence. Then got closer to my hearing and suddenly they changed their tune. Also they never collected film evidence from an exterior surveillance camera, dash and body cam footage, or film evidence from the barracks where I was shackled to a bench. Then was interrogated and badgered, and called a lier by 6 troopers. I was abused by that officer during my arrest. Since he didn’t collect the films when they were supposed to, all the footage was recorded over. There was no physical evidence in either direction. The troopers never even searched for the fake stolen items. Never searched my place, my co defendants place or my van. And my van was the supposed get away vehicle. I was facing 20 years in jail for a fake crime. My lawyer got it knocked down to disorderly conduct. The judged pulled me aside and asked me privately if I’m sure I want to take this deal. I said I had no choice. I couldn’t afford my lawyer for the big case, he was $5,000 just for the hearing. Plus my family depended on me to be there for them. $350 fine and end of story. All because some claimed I did something just to stick it to my codefendant. There’s a lot more to this story, but doubt anyone is still reading. Sorry folks just venting. My personal belief is most cases, the accused should be issued a bench warrant to appear and answer to what the accused is saying. No lawyer, a judge, the main officer, the accuser, and the accused. And witnesses. Our country criminal justice system is based on innocent until proven guilty. I wasn’t asked anything except step outside and put my hands behind my back. I was cuffed and abused. I ended up in an ambulance to. To be checked. Then taken to the barracks. Then
Part 2 where I was accused, belittled, and called a lier by six troopers, then jailed. Was bailed out the next morning. I didn’t feel like I was treated as a innocent person. I was treated terrible. I believe bench warrants when it’s an accusation. If someone is caught in the act, robbery, rape, murder, drunk driving, etc.. Drag them in, lick them up. This was an accusation with no evidence against me. There was evidence in our favor. Which was. Ever collected. What remaining piece of evidence was remaining, which was collectible, cell phone data. My own lawyer said was useless, when the hearing was coming up. But right after my arrest said it was gold!! There are people all over our county who are exonerated and released based on cell calls and GPS data. Our criminal justice system needs to change!!!
