In Canadian large chain grocery store, we have a click and collect, a personal shopper who does all the grocery for the customer who orders online. You will see them everywhere walking around the grocery stores with big cart and sometimes they get in the way of customers and can be annoying. They need their own warehouse and separate these employees from hundreds of customers who are trying to shop there !!!
