This is a shop that won't be accessible to tourists. It's impossible to get Alipay as a tourist. Everyone will tell you that foreign cards are supported but once you actually try to do that, it will just keep showing errors and asking for a Chinese bank account. After calling support, they'll tell you they don't really support it and you have to get a Chinese bank account to do that. Which you can't do without a working visa. And since without Alipay, you're not allowed to shop here, this store will only be for locals. One more thing you can't do without Alipay. Imagine if everything in the future will require Alipay and cash is not accepted. Then the government can make you homeless simply by shutting off your Alipay account.
