Yours is one of a few cooking channels I enjoy. I wish one day you might feature some meals with calorie counts and meals that I can prepare that are lower in calories. I'm eating in a calorie deficit and watching my weight but I often struggle to find good meals that won't break the calorie bank so to speak. Thanks for everything you do!

that ginseng chicken soup is to die for....is it therapeutic for a cold or flu ? do they use it for that in korea also? thanks. i'm going to make it this fall.

It adds a kind of umami flavor to dishes. It's a flavor enhancer, in my opinion. Opting for something like real broth or stocks works just as well for some dishes as well.

Canned chicken is loaded with salt. I would have to pressure cook a chicken breast for the pizza crust.
You can rinse the salt off.
