halo infinite fracture tenrai event

This is halo infinite's first event, fracture tenrai. It runs over November 23 and runs through November 30 and will return another 5 more times between January and April. It runs concurrently with Halo Infinite's existing Season 1 progression.
there are 30 tiers of things to unlock, but mostly challenge swaps and XP boost, with only a total of 10 actual cosmetics.
