I play multiplayer games with my friend and there was this game called "Forest". When i played with them i had real feeling of exploring the world and adventure linked with the game. After playing for like 15-20 days everyday i felt more linked to the game than the outside world. It was during the lockdown so i had my college off as well and i used to wakeup Start my computer and keep playing with them. EAT SLEEP GAME. this was my routine for like 3-4 months and later i realised how stupid i was But definetly that was an great experience... i believe Metaverse can easily build up such Environment... if a game could do it... then why can't Metaverse? simply cloud the game and the possibility is enourmous.
If Avatar is Going to be one's future face, I see clear threat to the Physical existence with respect to Himself, property, Nature ,Money etc etc. Current Social Media itself is so addictive Meta Verse will take it to another level! From a technology point of view, this is a bit overwhelming. We're moving towards a world where human touch is going to be minimal and technology is going to take over almost everything. Wants to add the bellow to risks: As you mentioned every vitual avatar can enjoy the concert as if each and every one sat on front row is the answer that no need to buy special ticket. In other words if you will allowed to particular class or facilities based on your payment as if in the real world. (Then no need to use the metaverse!) Otherwise no need to go for a special place or plot unless you plan to promote yourself or sell something or getting some benefit out of it. But Definitely not possible for a common person to gain by selling his plot. As the land of virtual world can be crated endlessly no question if gaining by re selling for a common people. But for corporate people, celebrities it is an another venue to earn money.!!!

What I understand is that value is also determined on Demand and Supply. In Metaverse, anything can be created and this may be unlimited. Doesn't this mean unlimited supply and demand is limited? Therefore, Tech experts can make unlimited supply of land, commodities etc. So isn't it valueless ?
