The real problem with such virtual reality is people will start losing minds eventually and forget to live in the present. In today's world lot of people are addicted to the social media and that is fueling depression amongst the younger generation. Metaverse things don't bring any good thing to the society except some billions of revenues to the corporates. People should decide how this affects their life in a positive way and then jump in. #personalopinion
It will be like gaming these days...physical pleasure cann't be achieved though metaverse...only two senses of human body will work in metaverse..(sight and hearing) there will always be lack of three other senses..so metaverse will eventually be like gaming these days .only young people will use this for fun or some meetings only

Totally agreed Tejas. no doubt sir showed every good aspect about metaverse but there is a great impact on physical and mental health. people won't leave their houses for months. online bullying, harassment may be harmful and create the wrong impact on child's minds if they are too much attached. business opportunities will grow but on the other hand fear of hacking, cheating will increase due to non-physical meet. governance must have to be perfect along with cyber security to overcome most of the disadvantages. because as we can see even the prime minister's social media account was hacked a few weeks back. I'm just presenting my views here, not opposing any content of the video because it was very informative for a person who is having no idea about metaverse.
I agree with you Tejas. Sir I would have appreciated if you would have presented negative aspects also about metaverse.
Developers will try to address this issue as well.

It can be so dangerous as this technology would conflate the difference between Virtual and real dimensions and when ppl get confused with reality and virtual thing, remember what happened with Mal (Cobb's wife) in "Inception"- Trying adventures things thinking they are still in virtual world. For ex- U can jump from 7th floor to reach on ground floor in Meta but if u confuse it with reality, the result could be.....

You have tried really well to explain the topic but it has many complications that may arise in the future which you couldn't discuss due to the time frame and that is understandable.
From what I gather, this metaverse can make us humans psychologically weak to the point where we would just hate ourselves so much we will lose the will to live in the real world.
This also leads to another philosophical question, are we part of someone else's metaverse ourselves?

I am a follower of Mr. Kamra, and he is very right in some instances, but the whole Metaverse concept will be a breakthrough from this digital world, mark my words. Let me enlighten you , In 2016 I found a 3D virtual Avatar game name Avakin 3d, whatever Mr. Kamra explained here is possible in this game, You will get your own Avatar, your own house that you have to buy, even clothing and accessories..This game has some serious places that also exists in our real world, where people comes from different parts of the world doing chatting, playing, dancing and Virtual sex if you bought the required poses and action 😂. Very first time I loose my controls, all the time just wanted to play this game, even working in the game cafe where I earned the Ava coins to buy stuffs in the game... yes my real world was also getting hampered. In this game genuine people are rarely found, I mean most of the people were there just wanted to do the nasty stuffs. Few Pakistani boys always found in girls Avatar 😂😂.. Though you can block or mute any person in this game but you can not expect the originality and honesty from this Metaverse people. My first few months were very addictive, I even buyed Ava coins to buy luxury cars, Houses, clothing, accessories and animation but after a year and two, I started loosing my interest in this game, or you can say my saturation started and now I barely login into that crap... Metaverse might be good for initial but I am pretty sure people will be back to the originals and the whole Metaverse industry and Metapeople will suffer a lot. Hope you will find me pessimistic and stick to Metaverse. Hail Metaverse 😎👍

- No matter what, even the sensors can't bring the warmth we feel, the energies we exchange with eachother and nature.
- The government in this world be the technology companies.
- We might be moving away from own real existence.
- The famous picture which most of us might have seen, "The tip of the iceberg (web) and the remaining portion is the (dark web).

The presentation is really excellent and created excitement in the new world as you narrated. After launching, people may like to try and experience the new world with different features, capabilities and if it becomes a successful then this could become the new way of social networking. However the real world will also continue to develop as it happening today and both the worlds co-exists bringing new way of lifestyle to continue. Sir, you have explained it very well. Surely, it will reduce the travel, traffic, infra related problems but it may introduce more pollution because it will need devices made of semiconductor chips and plastics, more number of servers and they will generate heat while processing. As metaverse will get more popular people will be fond of loving the false life which will be full of false desires.
Of course we can make great use of it such as in this pandemic situation or getting knowledge in more practial way etc.
I think there are more negative aspects also by this in future..As always negatives will dominate the positives.
