UPDATE: The two YSL products plus the Lys powder were AMAZING! Wore all day, longer than I expected, for about 10 hours and it looked great! I was amazed! The Patrick Ta brow product needs to be tested a bit more. And unfortunately, I think I’ll be returning the Aerin perfume. It smelled nice but didn’t last on me at all. Right after I stopped filming it continued to fade and after an hour it was gone. So unfortunate.
That YSL tint in 6 matched you amazing very Deceiving from the tube!
The Patrick Ta brow gel needs to use on clean brows and can not touch any powder or foundation as I tested.😂 You can check his video on Sephora, this is really really extremely holding.
None of my aerin perfumes last, they smell amazing but the staying power is lacking.

Still blows me away how you can return opened and tested make up and perfume that doesn’t suit you in the US. No such luck in the UK.

The Patrick ta will pick up any makeup you have in your brows. That only happened to me when I have a little bit a foundation in my eyebrows. It’s AMAZING when you figure it out.

I love how YSL is a French brand, product made in France, yet i haven’t heard a peep yet about this product here 😂😂 it’s not on any beauty retailers website, not even YSL’s own.
For some reason US market gets French products first. It was the same with nars palette when she reviewed it but now it is available in France 🤷♀️

My experience with most clear brow gels is that is they all create that gel dandruff if it comes in contact with any powder or base like foundation or brow cream. So I usually use it alone when I want that super minimal but polished look or apply the gel first and then go in carefully with a pencil, avoiding the gel on the hair

Hi Michele! In Patrick Ta’s demo video he said it’s important to use the gel before base products. He mentioned that the weird clumpiness will happen otherwise.

Michelle' violet leaves are very fleeting usually, if you mean that therapeutic crispy effect they give. If you love a really aristocratic effect of violette leaves, none is the best in terms of beauty and performance more than Misia Chanel Exclusive. Pricey, but worth. For light and cheery effect I would address an everyday lightweight cutie like Marc Jacobs Twinkle Daisy. There are three of the range, but the true violety untroubled one is just Twinkle. This one is very budget friendly. And there is no overpowering woodsy tones in them, mostly musky and lipsticky vibes. Violette and cedar in duo are best in Bois de violette by Serge Lutens. But this seems more of a winter perf, though gorgeous. captivating and noble.

I love that Patrick Ta brow thing! U can’t use it alone tho, it’s best when used with a wax pencil or the Patrick Ta wax brow compact. If u do that combo, the brows are PERFECTION!
Well I mean if you have thick brows and dont use anything to fill in you could. I wish I could do that lol. But does it actually hold well? My brows want to grow straight down and it's hard to find a gel that will hold them up.
I might have to run into Sephora and get a couple of those Bobbi Brown creme shadows, they look easy and beautiful. Beautiful earrings btw ❤️

I'm new to the Bobbi Brown shadow sticks. I have Taupe and Bark. Really like them. I'm intrigued by the YSL Nu skin tint. Excited for Wayne's nude lipsticks and lip liners. This is a great look on you..skin tint, blush, lip!

@Michele Wang I wish YSL would not have reformulated its Touche Eclat Radiance Awakening Foundation by adding sunscreen because it was perfect as it was and had the same finish as the NU Veil but medium buildable to full coverage. I am looking for a replacement HG foundation now 😭. Lynn

I picked up the PT brow laminator this week and love it. It takes a very light hand. It did get some negative reviews on Sephora’s website, but I think it was because it was being applied too thick. A lot of product comes out on the wand. Try wiping it off at the bottle opening to remove excess product and use a light hand. I have coarse brows and this works wonders!

The YSL looks beautiful on your face. As with your initial observation, I thought it would be too yellow/orange. Beautiful color and glow. I would have used the powder only on my nose and chin. The more natural tones look glorious on you.

Choosing foundation online is tricky as suggested in this video. Would you discuss how you choose a shade? Do you use the Find a Shade tool in Sephora? Do other sites have something similar? What are your suggestions/tips? I know you can exchange, but I hate to waste. Thanks!
I like how YSL tint foundation looks on you. It is very natural and radiant. I wonder the shade in 4 might be better one for you. Sorry the Aerin perfume didn’t work out for you. I got the Byredo Tabacco Mandarin which lasts all day. I love how it smells spicy, woody and warm. Thank you for recommending 😘
I love the old one I am trying to find a shade and it's so difficult to figure out what to get it's like all cool or warm ware in the neutral colors I can't decide what color to get and I'm try to look at all the videos to see people somewhat close , I'm tan but I don't want it super dark or orange

Based upon your comments in this video, I just ordered the Rephr eyelash curler and got a great discount. BTW, I am a longtime fan of the Bobbi Brown Long Wear Cream Shadows - both the pots (now dx'd, but still have my last pot of Heather) and the sticks. Just stocked up when there was a one-day sale on them at Nordstrom (@$20) during the final weekend of the Anniversary Sale and an even better one-day sale on the BB site (@ $54 for 3).

When I saw that Wayne was coming out with nude lippies you were the first person I thought of! Love the YSL products and I’m sorry about the perfume. Smart to do the longer term smell test! ❤️
I really enjoy LYS bronzer and blushes. The setting powder has the slightest yellow tint on me when I pack it on, so I use it lightly to dust all over, and it’s lovely.
I have the same colouring as Michele and the lightest bronzer shade is more of a winter bronzer shade for me. I haven’t picked up the next shade up (they’ve been sold out on and off here) but I will the next time I see that it’s available.
The LYS powder reminds me of the Kosas Cloud Set powder. Very lightweight and doesn't completely mattify. I love the WG lip color! looking forward to your review of all 8 shades!

Nice Sephora try-on video ! I just used your tap technique on the By Terry under eye setting powder. I'm impressed 100%. Day two on the pallet I also got the darker shades. So far I love it ! 🥰

Hi M! Don't know if this has already been said but the Patrick Ta brow is a bit fussy. You have to put your brows on before your foundation and primer. That's why its flaking in your brows.
I wonder if the brow gel was picking up the foundation that got on your brows. And made it clump up. Thanks for the try on videos. Love them!
