I have worn it for the last few days in the crazy Chicago weather. I have mature combo skin. Overall I love it! Agree with your comments on wear. Right now I’m thinking it’s the best skin tint I’ve ever used. 😊

I bought the Dr. Jart BB cream based on her recomendation. So far so good.
This looks beautiful but I’d have to wear sunscreen underneath. Th Dr Jart has an SPF of 40. It’ll be interesting to see which she prefers.
dr jart is so good especially for redness and wears beautifully it more so fades than cracks. the hourglass i found hard to work with and wore horribly

As a fellow dry skin woman, I've always found the Hourglass foundations/tints to be way to dry. They sit on top of my skin and, yes, as you said, looks makeup-y. Hard pass. I'll stick with Surratt Dew Drop xo

What's your favorite SPF to use under foundations?
the foundation looked great, especially for a light coverage. Honestly, I loved the way your freckles still showed - I'm a freckle fan. The wear test...amazing! Regardless of a foundations opacity, the wear test alone is a make or break for me. Great video as always Michele, thank you!

This Hourglass Skin Tint is on its way to me. Should have it tomorrow. If only I didn't have these quarter size sun damage spots on my cheeks.😝 They're the bane of my existence! Sun bathing in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s will catch up with you! A tan is so beautiful but ... 😳
Have you tried colloidal silver gel on your age spots? I had one about the size of a dime on my forehead, and I put it on nightly for a month and it is gone. (Has remained gone for over 3 yrs now) . Always wear spf during the day. The dermatologist told me only laser would work. 12 bucks is all it took and it was a natural solution. Anyways, thought I’d suggest it.
I had my sun damage spots burned off by a great dermatologist 4 months ago and I am thrilled with results! I never thought it would be that easy. Years of sunbathing in my youth and then living on a sailboat erased. I am guessing will need to do again at so point but I am happy and my skin looks years younger.
@@Faithb73 I've used Differin, which I saw recommended on a well known RUclips influencer's channel. It does nothing but dry out my skin. I've used so many "dark spot" removers I've lost count. I realize now that 99% of these "dark spot" removers are for acne scarring which I don't have. And I tried Curology to no avail. Oh yes, I use sunscreen daily, Alastin or Elta MD.
@@jann3443 love alastin. Yes, most of those acne treatments never work when you’re past your breakout stage. I use retin a for wrinkles. Still have them but thinking how much worse I’d look without it😂…..but it never touched the dark spot. The silver did. An elderly hippie lady told me about it. No you won’t turn blue and googling will only give warnings about not safe to use. It’s completely safe. I’ve even used it internally ( not the gel) to kill viral step. Most times the fda and big pharma or drs in general don’t want us to use anything natural because there’s no money in it. It certainly won’t hurt to try it. The worst it can do is nothing at all.

I agree that it doesn’t look like it has melded perfectly with your skin. It looks slightly ashy, looked similar on Wayne Goss. I prefer the Dr. Jart on you.
This sadly is a fail. It settles into fine lines. The coverage is terrible. If you have 40 plus skin...the ysl tint is better.

So it wears almost perfect, sounds good, have dry sensitive skin here as well, quite some foundations open, and also waiting for the Suqqu foundation reformulation, i hope so much it's as good as the one i have now!!! Hourglass, the foundation before this one, i gave away, to dry. Maybe this one will work, it's already in The Netherlands, but want to think clear. Because i still have to many foundations open, and it's such a waiste being not a RUclipsr. That is why i love your very detailed honest reviews so much!!! Will think about it, thank you!!!!!! I'm wondering if it looks makeup-ie because the shade is a little deep so you can see it. Otherwise it looks like it lays nicely. I'm going to try to see it in store and look at shades 3 and 4. Overall it looks nice. Thanks for showing this one.
I'm a finger fan that might end up bleeding with a brush, but with MAC Face and Body, it's fingers only.

I love this tinted moisturizer. As an oily girl it still gives me glow and hydration
Mine is 3 with neutral ( the one I got ) and I’m very fair / light (redhead light) I just swatched mine on my face it’s a pretty good match 👍

I was going to buy this but decided to see a review first. I would have loved to see this on top of Hourglass primer as well, to see if there was a difference, but it did look amazing on you and held up very nicely.
I just love Hourglass. They were a complete game changer for me as I was aging. Like many in my age, I struggle with very dry skin, dullness, wrinkles and large pores and I felt every produced failed me until I understand what I needed; Hourglass. It gave me back the dewy young fresh look without looking fake or weird or painted on. I use the vanish stick sparingly to fully cover up some of the age spots, I was so lucky as to find the perfect match (it looked as if it was specially formulated for just me)but wanted a very light cover up of the rest of my face, as full cover concealer only makes me look like an old prune. I will definitely order this concealer and try. Btw it costs $100 here(!!!) but I’ll do anything if it gives me the feel and look I’m looking for.
I will recommend hourglass to anyone who feels they lost that dewy young fresh look and who needs a slight blurring of pores. Their powder, highlights, concealer and blushes are so good, as they never make you look dry or glittery like a Christmas tree, I only look like a fresher younger version of myself when I apply them. I have spent my entire life and probably a million in products over the years but when you find THE product, even if it is very costly, it actually saves a lot of time and money. And NO I am not hired by Hourglass or get anything for saying this. 😂

How does the is compare to the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Serum Skin Tint?
First thing first, you’re aging backwards the foundation is coming across beautifully. Never thought you would be coming up on 50.

I don’t like opening product if I’m not going to use so I can donate.
Any skin tints you like better than this one? I like to use tints as a base, for extra glow before putting on rest of the makeup. I use Nars tinted moisturiser normally, but want to try this one or any other ones you recommend. 🥰
I have used this for a bit over a month. Too sticky, too tacky, never, ever really sets. I live in a very hot and humid climate, and have never had a skin tint behave this way. Too high maintenance - I feel that I am powdering constantly. I have normal to dry skin - def will not be a repeat purchase.
Can you also do a review and comparison with Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched skin tint please? Thanks

Hmm, not liking how the Hourglass looks on your skin. Not sure if it was the brush, but it didn’t look like it went on smoothly and it seemed like it was just sitting on your skin.

I love how it looks on your face, and I was about to order Shade 5 before watching your video, and now I can really tell how that shade looks, and, I'm tripping over my heels going to the Sisley site after seeing your beautiful lipstick. I'm not a gloss person at all, but that lipstick has a beautiful shine to it, yet doesn't appear like a heavy gloss, so I'm heading over to Sisley. Great, very helpful video. Thank you Michele.

I tried it on at Sephora and it was too heavy and makeupy feeling for a supposed skin tint. I already have the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Foundation and I'm good with that.
