You sure you're not stuck in an anchor chain or something? 6m in 12kts should get you up on foil rather easy. BUT be sure you only pump when the gust hits and you feel pressure in your wing. Check your stance, turn a bit downwind to gain more power and off you go.

The trickiest part would be that amazing, seamless jump onto the board. Just the right pressure in the right spot and smooth forward momentum
