I used to be someone who overshared EVERYTHING. I had a crush ? I shared it. Feeling down ? I shared it. Felt insecure ? I shared it. I‘m having a argument with someone ? I shared it. Someone broke my heart & trust ? I shared it. It got to a point where this oversharing thing kicked me in my butt. People started to switch up on me and broke my trust by sharing my secrets with people who shouldn’t be in my business. Or people talked shit behind my back but were friendly in my face. Some didn’t even care about what I had to say or what I’m going through. I’m pretty much on my own for a year now and I wouldn’t want to go back.

How do you all deal with people projecting their thoughts about you and somehow if you don’t respond is the same as accepting and is usually not flattering but it is done in a group setting ….I’m not sure if I made myself understood but yeah how do you deal with projection without accepting or denying information
Trust me when I say becoming mysterious and keeping your peace WILL end up making you lose friends. I've lost so many friends and people keep thinking I'm acting emo or smth. This really shows who your real friends are.
To be honest, i came here after over sharing some stuff has lead me to make very dumb mistakes and troubles with my “close friends”. My advice to those people like me is to over share your things with your mother, father, or your AI bots

Yup I don’t speak on things prematurely anymore. Keeping things to myself is a great feeling. Now I just do what I want and keep my mouth shut. Side note : keeping secrets should not be labeled as a bad thing. You’re not obligated to tell your friends and family everything.
Yesterday I saw a video which said that God always answer your prayers , you just have to find them. It even said that the God can answer you through boards on roads, in your dreams ,through another person and alot more. I talked about this to God and realized that God gave me an answer while I was watching a movie on TV - "pulling a rope too hard can break it, a rest is necessary to become strong." I felt so amazed. I had this problem. Oversharing everything with everyone. Something happened I would run and tell it to someone. I learnt it in 2023 that it’s better to not overshare. People just acted like they cared and they betrayed me. They were fake af. Even my “friends” who I unfriended because they didn’t care lol I would say I’m struggling with something and they would brag about him that thing when they saw me struggling with it like.ew. Bye. I told her that I don’t know what to think about her because she changes her opinion on people real quick. After a few weeks that girl became very bitchy towards me. Well, that one new girl from our class told her that I would have said out of nowhere that she was two faced and that she should stay away from her, because I wouldn’t like her at all. What was absolutely NOT what I said. She created even more drama in class. That girl is around 40 years old and a mother of two, I don’t understand how an adult woman act that childish. Well, now I am very careful about stuff like that. I wished I knew it back then, would’ve saved me a lot of nerves. Anyway, great video as usual, thank you very much 🫶🏼
