Like the part you compare business and consumer grade pc. I feel that business grade is more durable and have better features over the consumer grade models. For some manufacturers, the consumer and business grade models have very minor price difference. Like how the dell optiplex 5090/7090 is similarly priced to the more entry level inspiron. Even the lenovo's rival to the dell xps 13 (consumer grade) is the x1 carbon (business grade). Good strategy
Yes, it's still working fine and it's not worth much if trying to sell it. It's designed for Windows Vista but I installed XP on it and I use it for older and nostalgic programs.
