You can install pretty much any 32-bit Linux distribution on this laptop, even the newest ones like Debian 12. It won't be very fast because this laptop is almost 20 years old, but it should work.
This computer has an Intel Pentium M CPU which is only 32-bit. I showed Windows 7 in my other video. It can't run 8 or newer, not even 32-bit, because this CPU doesn't support the NX (No Execute) or XD (Execute Disable) instruction.

XP and Vista are too controversial about software compatibility. But, after that, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 11, were just fine.
