The process is explained in the video. This isn't the most optimal setup though. If your CRT TV or monitor has any video inputs besides just antenna, it's much easier to use some adapters instead.

The newest official Mac OS you can install on your 2009 Mac is El Capitan. You have to use another Mac: support.apple.com/en-us/101578 I don't know if there is a way to create the bootable USB drive installer on a Windows computer.
On a Windows computer you can download the ISO image of Mac OS X Snow Leopard and burn it to a dual-layer DVD R (I'm not sure if it works with a USB drive): archive.org/details/snow-leopard-install_202112 It's a much older version, but after installing it on your 2009 Mac you can upgrade it to El Capitan.
according to a youtuber it works on pendrive, but my pd didnt didnt get showed on mbp when i went to install, now i have installed win 11 and now thanks to u i will install drivers of display and use win 11 @@TheComputerGuy96
