It would have been cool if Mr. Incredible used his inside info on insurance to get tips on serial crimes (burglaries, arson, etc.)

Hmm, i think, it was the goverment who decides which job mr. Incredible will work. If you remember, in the first movie, when Bob threw his boss through several walls(or whatever that was), when the agent come and said something like, that for the old times sake, he can relocate them one more time. And i think, that after each relocation, they are given jobs they will do... And the reason why Bob get to work in office was maybe because of his personality. Every time he saw a crime, he had to try to stop it.
In the first movie was said, that this wasn't his first relocation, nor second.... Even his wife asked him, when she found out about his actions(saving people from the building in fire and destroyin that building in the process), if he wants to "blow their cover AGAIN".

I think Superman meant doing that during the time while superheroes were illegal. However, in Incredibles 1 that older government agent fellow was setting up the supers with their new identities so they were kinda stuck doing what was set up for them.
Cuz Superman is a hero because ge can, and because he must, but not becessarily because he wants to. Or, maybe because he wants to, but not because he likes to. But Superman can handle the stress of pushing paper. He doesn't hate his job like Robert hated his at his ensurance job.

About a year ago Nando Vs Movies did a video about how speedsters had been ruined by Quick Silver's time in a bottle scene. Now the power of super speed is shown more as slowing down time. Nando was saying that this isn't as exciting as it could be. He said that the first Incredibles was a good example of how a speedster scene can be exciting, in the scene when Dash runs away from the goons in the flying spinning blades.

If a speedster is ever shown reacting to something at super speed, then that means they can solve most threats instantly.

They could have done SOOOO much more, but the Super Cafe had to overshadow the actual HISHE part. Here's what they could have done:

When Voyd demonstrates her powers, the mug misses a portal, hits the floor, and breaks. “Oops.”
“I’ll be there asap.” And when Frozone presses the button to reveal his suit, it’s gone and Elsa's ice gown is in its place.
As the Everjust is speeding towards Munciburg, Screech and Brick are recreating the Jack and Rose scene at the front, Screech with his wings out.
After Tony says, “Do I know you?” Violet grabs Hećtors guitar and starts singing ‘Remember Me’.
“Well, isn’t that redundant!” Frozone enters the House Fight scene not in his supersuit but in Elsa's gown. He keeps his cool and adds, “Because the cold never bothered me anyway.”

Yes yes, EeveeStar 682, those suggestions are all worth a chuckle. If someone were to make parody versions of CG films, much like live-action parodies where the whole concept is "it's essentially the other movie, but wouldn't it be funny if this scene happened _like this_ instead," maybe those ideas would best be used there.
But as for this particular RUclips Channel, how do any of those _"end"_ the story? Why are any of those *How it Should Have Ended?* I grant you, a lot of their scenes don't seem to be actual "endings" these days anyway...
