My first year out here it hardly snowed and it was warm, I thought that it was going to be great. I later found out unseasonably dry and warm. Having lived a lot of different places but growing up in northern illinois and recently moving from there I was so sick of shoveling snow and scraping ice every morning I was really looking forward to not having to do that anymore. This year we have been getting slammed. And once again today it’s snowing and more is predicted later this week and more next week! I woke this morning to that Sheryl Crow song-“Every Day is a Snowy Day”…at least I think that’s how it goes 🤣
