You take the time to prepare the filling and stuff the bell peppers just to cut into a mushy soggy filling all due to the water content of the peppers. Well say good-bye to watered down fillings and say hello to crisp, tender perfectly stuffed bell peppers.

Thanks for the video. I started out watching your short reels. I love your intro; follow me and I'll show you what to do. That's precious. Then I decided to subscribe to your channel. I'm not much of a cook anymore because I'm in my 70s and not too keen on cooking and fussing but I like to watch and get inspired. I saw on someone else's channel, they took a paper towel and folded it up and used tongs to sop up the grease and juices from the frying pan. That would have been a good to know back in the 70s when I was a young mom/housewife etc. I didn't mind cooking back then. Thanks again for the video. Best regards from beautiful Wisconsin.

I always put diced bell peppers in my spaghetti. Sometimes i add mushrooms. But I've never thought of making stuffed bell peppers with spaghetti, that's interesting. When i was a kid my mom always made corned beef hash (Something like that) and she'd add ground beef to it and make her own little mixture and that was really good. I have to ask her cause I'm not 100% if it was corned beef but it had the beef, onions and potatoes in it lol. It's been a long time. ☺️ Thanks for the excess water info i didn't know bell peppers did that in the oven.
