It's all about calories in versus calories out, whether you are trying to lose weight or gain it. Increase your intake, but make sure that it's with healthy foods. Start adding strength routines to your program regularly and that may also help, just remember to increase that caloric intake because you will have burned extra calories with the exercise.

Did it off video and forgot to do the 3rd round, I'll correct my game in 2 days ;) This is exactly the strength workout I've been searching for, low-impact enough that I won't disturb my roommates, but my whole body feels worked now. Thank you guys for all you do.

Hi there. It sounds like your routine is good & would help you lose that 15 lbs, but I would also recommend adding in workouts that specifically tone/target both the upper body & the lower body. If you build a bit of lean muscle, your body's metabolism is going to be faster, and that's an ally you want on your side when trying to reduce belly fat. Hope this helps.

It is different for each one actually. Some of the have warm ups and cools downs and others do not. If you watch for the "Workout Structure" part of the intro, it will tell you what the basic layout of the routine is. So for example, this one does not include a warm up so you would want to do one before you started. Have fun exploring our videos, you will have so many options :)

@ViCT0RiA6 Thank you for the compliment you made my day :) As for inner thigh fat (or any particular area of fat) it's nearly impossible to spot reduce; an overall reduction in fat is necessary. But, you can find an inner thigh workout to tone on our website under "Printable Workouts". We also have an 8 week Boot Camp eBook program on our website that is great for overall fat loss & lean muscle building (like you are looking to build in your arms). So glad you like our workouts! -K

That was a tough, I'm a beginner to these workouts having started about a month ago but this was the first time I had to skip exercises. I would get to the bottom of the press ups in round 2 & 3 and try as I might I couldn't get back up! I'll practise a few now and each day to try and build it up.
I didn't really like repeating the exercises 3 times but maybe just because I struggled doing 2 of them and knew they were coming again!

@pandagurlldreamer001 Striving for a healthy body through clean eating & regular exercise should be your #1 priority; if you do that I can almost promise you that a healthy bodyweight will follow naturally. As for when to do what routines, aim for 30-60 minutes of cardio 5/6 days/week, coupled with strength training 3-4 days/week, try to hit a balance of targeting the core, upper, and lower body. This video ^ is great for allover toning & would go well with 30 mins cardio.

18.05.23- I'm so sad. I've been trying to lose weight for ages. I'm a student so it's hard to find the time to go to the gym. I try these home workouts and I'm so useless at them. I'm 97 kgs no muscle mass, I do like 15 mins of cardio and a decent ish diet and that's the most I can do. That t pose in the beginning was impossible to hold, even with support.. please one day I want to be comfortable in my body, able to do fun things like this. I want to have muscle and be strong, look beautiful... I don't know where to begin and I have no track record for success

I thought doing bodyweight workouts would be good for me, but I think I'll do workouts with weights for now.

@VollesBuecherregal Hi Volles, my wrists often bother me when I do those kinds of exercises, too. It can be partially because your wrist tendons are too tight - do you have a job where you type at the computer a lot? You can avoid pain by rolling up a towel under the base of your palms, holding onto dumbbells so that your wrists stay in a straight line (decreasing the angle that causes the pain), or by doing the moves off of your fists. I hope this helps. -Kelli

For instance, breathe out as you ... and breathe in as you ...
