My only complaint is not including Allie Michelle’s name in the title… other than this: this podcast is a gem. “The grace of change” mmm this feels so good in my system.
I had the same exact thoughts. And also even in the thumbnail of this video. I get the aesthetics of the thumbnails having two faces on the podcast (one is Jay and the other side is the guest). But it kind of defeated the purpose of "On Purpose" because it's still pretty much about "numbers" at the end of the day hence Alexis is the center of attention here more than Allie. But truthfully, I actually listened to this because of Allie Michelle. I don't follow Alexis and I didn't really know her only until Allie started posting her on her gram. Nevertheless, I love the chemistry between them as sisters and this is such a great conversation between them three. ♥
I love this episode. What a great take on friendships. I never stopped to think about how envy and resentment ends a lot of friendships. Very valuable lesson to honor those friendships that help breathe life into you and truly honor you as a person.
Great video, A month ago, my five-year relationship came to an end. I really can't stop thinking about the love of my life, who made the decision to leave me. I've done everything in my power to win him back, but it's all in vain, and I can't imagine my life with anyone else. I genuinely miss him and just can't stop thinking about him, even though I've tried my hardest to stop thinking about him. I'm not sure why I'm saying this here.
It's hard to say goodbye to someone you love; I experienced this when my 12-year relationship ended. However, I couldn't just let him go; instead, I tried everything to win him back. Eventually, I turned to a spiritual counsellor for assistance, and he was able to help me win him back.
Thank you for this valuable information, i just looked him up now online. impressive Wow I just looked Father Obah Eze on the net he’s very legit thanks once again ❤
Friendships can survive when people are this mature and willing to grow as your guests have figured out early in life. Beautiful. I do have such a friend who is like a sister to me. We aren’t as close as this but we are two very honest people who have a lot of respect for each other. And I value that more than anything
A had a friend want space from me because I’ve been too busy for her…. I was coaching 2 sports, started a new relationship, was in college and worked full time. Told me to come to her bday weekend getaway still, but said she would like space from me once it’s done. Very hurtful how she wants me to celebrate her but wants space right after. All I wanted was patience, understating and grace
It’s hard not to question someone’s authenticity on female empowerment whose Instagram page is entirely oriented towards the male gaze. If I look at her profile, it is hard to believe that supporting others to find their purpose is her main goal… Also, many of my ED clients have told me that her pictures were some thinspo for them, so even if she wants to send a different message, it is not being perceived that way
Gotta recognize the female.. The woman makes absolutely no sense. One's that seem to....outstanding... respect to everyone...no one is better than anyone.... anger is the first red flag....ejecto seato
Why would she has to be ashamed of her body? She said that she felt guilty for those posts for a long time, and then realized that she loves photo shoots, fashion, etc. Let’s just agree that her insta page is her personal brand for so many years, and she doesn’t have to change it to look “right” in people’s eyes. She’s a great entrepreneur and have built a platform to empower girls, and maybe one of the ways to do that is showing that you don’t have to be ashamed or guilty about you body)
Another great podcast. J you are jamazinggggg 🎉❤ I really enjoyed this one. I love your non bias guests. Why do women who are battered go relentlessly looking for videos on femininity and etc… so amazing how they represented both sides. Always boiling down to get to know yourself and be who you are. Powerful messages. You’ve never lived until… I can attest to that. I can also attest to asking honest answers until you get the right answers. Oh man really enjoyed this one
This is one of my favorite podcasts now! Thank you. And btw Jay you were glowing in this podcast so much. You could see your eyes light up the entire room and that was beautifully captured.
Great friendship touching podcast episode, so much to learn from this one. Resonated with my long lasting friendships too, and to keep nourishing those friendships that needs the work! Admiring my friends there work in progress! Keep up the great work Jay😊
I find myself nodding all throughout the podcast❤ if that'a possible😂 love love love the content. My soul dances everytime I hear wisdom that I resonated with. Like i will say, Yeah it happened to me too. 100% get that, yeah❤😊
This was a great episode, one of the best in my humble opinion. My feminine created a poetry book (Dear Beholder by Dana Frost) and my masculine made me publish it on amazon. Sending everyone listening love and encouragement to do their thing ❤🫶🏽🫂
Thank you to all of you for such a great episode. I am grateful and thankful for this show. It had helped me tremendously. Keep up the good work. Stay blessed 🙏🏾🖤
I needed something that will make me believe about friendship again, my 10-year long close friends invaded my privacy, compromise my accounts, and ashamed me by sending my selfies in a group chat, they meant it as a joke but I was really hur; I'm somehow one of the clowns in the group but this time they took to far and not even feel sorry about it. I maybe turning into a subject of mockery to them thus now I need clarity whether to comeback to them and just forget what they did or start my monk mode.
Never heard of these 2 girls before, but there is absolutely nothing to take from this conversation, it’s all regurgitated words from other people and putting everything into boxes. And Jay once again just says “I love that!” 😂 he never challenges anything, ever!
This is podcast interview I need to journal on alone! So many great pieces of awareness and as a fellow spoken word poet who never really found my place in it, I resonated with a WHOLE CHUNK of this. Hearing about these journals you have sounds like the next level journaling that Ive been needing.
Hey jay, i am waching your videos, its very informative and i am seeing your video to learn English, i am sure most of the indian is seeing your video for same purpose, could u please add subtitles in your videos if it possible. It will very helpful to us.
LOL, Westerners, especially women, often take Indian Dharmic concepts like Shiva-Shakti, yoga, karma, Brahman, and Nirvana and give them their own spin and reinterpret them for their own convenience. Without really getting the original thoughts or studying the original scriptures.
I'm not a native English, I understand most of Jay's guests but It was difficult for me understanding this girl, is she from a specific region? Or is it just that she talks too fast?
The "guru" the guy who sold people courses telling them its like a degree. The guy who got exposed that what his saying was just from other people's instagram posts. Be careful of these guys they make it out like they are perfect and know it all. They have the same struggles as you.
I will say it again, all you need is within you, but if you need to understand it just read The 4 Agreements, that’s all you need and it’s a small book. You can also listen to Sadhguru for insightful thoughts and to tell you how this self help stuff is just BS from our western society 😅

Thats a strange take, strong people are made through resistance, challenges and obstacles. That is the definition of becoming strong. You don't become strong without resistance. Going through experiences that break you down and overcoming those experiences makes you stronger.
Every single person on planet earth is "broken" in some way. No one is fully healed. Your triggered perception of them is a reflection of something within you. These girls are helping other young girls in one way or another, why can't that be something to celebrate? Honestly. The world is so sad.
Yes, we all have to learn how to walk, but do you need a medal for that?! Do you need letters or read self help books? People need to be happy with themselves and not trying to be what they see on tv or try to follow “The 10 steps for happiness” 😂 you are just reading so words, you repeat them but it will never really change you.. look at the tittle of this video, a complete click bait 😜
@@thealeeshasimone your reply is already with the typical words from the book of self help 145.. everything you need is within you, your brain is the one pulling you down. Are they helping or this is just people with problems talking about the problems and being happy that other people have the same problems?
@@Gaitini I think most people do need guidance unfortunately. We were not programmed and primed in our modern society to critically think for ourselves. Hopefully in the near future we get closer to that. So for now, I believe it is very helpful for there to be others to share helpful insight and guidance from their personal experiences with others. But I do agree there is a lot of misinformation or misguided advice and regurgitated information out there which adds to the confusion on what is “true” and “not true”, what is the “right” or “wrong” way to go about doing things. The right Information without action is useless. But the right information with action becomes wisdom. I for one got a lot out of insight from this interview and I’m sorry you felt like you didn’t get anything out of it.
