Fasting 18 and 24 hours and I feel great. 8 weeks in and I have lost 24lbs. I know I have hormonal issues. I relate to everything you’ve said here. I will be seeking you out daily to help motivate me to eating better foods. I have not been eating seed oils - none in the house, but I eat out occasionally and at family dinners. This derails me very much. Sorry to be so long to say thank you. That’s me I’m eating sardines and anchovies daily. My workout level has improved and the inflammation aches and pains have decreased. Yay!! And I get to eat these yummiy foods!

I love your videos! I just finished my first 24-hour fast in a very long time and I feel great! I didn't even get hungry or crave anything which really surprised me. I'm guessing it's because I eat whole foods now instead of ultra-processed foods. Much better fasting experience! I'm wondering if a prolonged fast would get rid of the plantar fasciitis I've had for months. If anyone has any experience or information on that I would love to hear it.
I believe it did help. The last time I had it show up, I was trying to train for a triathlon sprint 😖, so I threw everything at it I could think of - chiropractic, dry needling, a brace thing to sleep in to keep the calf muscle elongated, different shoes... as well as a coupe of longer fasts 🤷♀️

Could you please do a Podcast on Olive oil and which Extra Virgin olive oil we should buy. In the UK Supermarkets seem to sell low grade cheap olive oil and I doubt this type of Extra Virgin Olive oil will not really be a health benefit. Which country to buy from etc...

Omega 3 includes EPA and DHA? I’ve been taking 600-1000 mg DHA per Dr Gundry. I don’t consume omega 6 oils except rarely when I have to eat out.

My 27 yr old son has just been diagnosed with Hashimotos Disease. Are there any dietary changes we can make to support a healthy thyroid?

What are your thoughts on pro-omega 369 when I don't eat seed oils?
What about flax seed oil?
What about MCT coconut oil?
MCT oil has many benefits. It would be your personal choice depending on your goals and food values. 👍

It's near impossible to get a 1:1 ratio if you're on a high fat diet. You can achieve 3:1 or 4:1 but 1:1 is near impossible.
