Learn what to expect during your engineer visit, including when they'll call you and what to prepare beforehand (your broadband and TV must be working, and you need to have your viewing card ready). The engineer will connect the box to the satellite dish using dish input cables and set up the box next to your TV (connecting it with an HDMI cable). Hi there! If you’re talking strictly land-line, then it won’t affect anything in that regard. If you use the internet to make calls through Sky Talk, it will work at the same speed as your Broadband package, giving you high quality audio. Can a sky engineer install internet into a house but my house mate has internet in the house all ready but is moving out and taken his wifi with him when he moves out can they still install new Internet connection into the house ???
