  • This 46 minute classes focuses mainly on the lower body with abs and arms sprinkled in. This workout focuses mainly on unilateral workout, but also incorporates bilateral movements.

    Hey , next month I’ll be starting Pilates workout and that would be my first time doing proper exercises I have never been to gym, I have only done home workouts mostly cardio , can you give me some tips as a beginner how many times a week I should go and duration plus also spring level.

    Just finished this workout, first thing in the morning! (Not in US ☺️) Alex just a quick question; would you be able to show in your next video what should be the length of the straps, I dont have the same reformer brand as yours and I'm not sure if I should adjust my straps ... 😘

    Love a good unilateral workout.. really makes more focus on my weaknesses side to side.
