I just assembled my 4 burner griddle last night, going to start seasoning it today! Watching this review just makes me even more excited to start getting to it!! Thanks for your review!
Hey Chris! I met you at Hickeys on July 4th and we talked about this beast in depth. Just purchased it and looking forward to cooking my ass off! Hope all is well
*All Halo products are 15% off on their website at the time of publishing this video. Use code "BEERGR10" if you are watching after the sale to save 10%. **A couple features I forgot to mention: 1. The built in squeegee above the grease trap is fantastic! 2. The magnetic wrench that is used to level the the griddle. (Be careful not to unscrew the casters too far!) The @halopg Elite griddle comes in 1 burner, 2 burner, 3 burner or 4 burner models and I have been LOVING it for the past year. If you are in the market for a griddle, you should seriously consider the Halo, it is an incredibly well-built, heavy duty complete machine. I appreciate you!
Great job on this one , brother! I was impressed with the griddle back in December when you featured the two burner out on a cold windy day. That said I certainly appreciate a complete breakdown on this. If I ever move on from my camp chef, it'll be a contender.
Thanks buddy! I did enjoy my time with the Camp Chef. And they just came out with a new one, although I don't really like what they did with the grease management.
i seen the igniter uses a battery is that a extra feature will it light with out that ? Do you feel that carbon steel would warp to ?? i’m almost ready for my decision ( honestly being able to use the hood makes the most sense ) paying for a griddle that has a unusable hood just makes no sense to me ( heat it up and just use the retention heat is my thinking too ) this is for the professional cooks 😉
It says right on the specifications portion on the product on the website. “Hot rolled steel griddle plate” - the frame and the legs are made of cold rolled steel that is powder coated.
Yeah, not a cheap date, but I will say this griddle has held up far better than any of the 3 I've had before. So, I will check in after 2 years and we will see. But so far, I would say if you do a lot of outdoor cooking and you want a big griddle, it's worth it.

Great information about hot rolled versus cold rolled. Thanks

Great review. Between this and your Zwilling vAcuum sealing review, Im enjoying your style and content. Just subbed.
I really appreciate that! Thanks for watching!
Love my 4 burner halo.
Loved the vid, want one!

Hi there, thanks for watching!
I don’t think carbon steel would warp, I think the Traeger griddle is CS. Both are great, well built products
does it say "WORT WORT WORT" though?
LOL, thanks for that!
I got one and hate it. It’s insanely hot in a and way
It's definitely a hot one, have you tried creating the gradient cook surface like I mentioned or switch to the 9.5" propane column?
I emailed Halo a couple of weeks ago and asked them what type of steel they use. They told me it's cold-rolled steel.

@@BeergrYT thanks for the clarification. Maybe the rep didn't understand my question.
@@wesleydrew9242 no worries, you had me second guessing myself lol. I had to text them and double check the website.
Beergr, сними видео про маринады, пожалуйста
It looks great, but $850? I dunno brutha. I think I'll stick with the $199 Walmart special.
