Just got a Halo, it arrives tomorrow, your one explanation was fabulous, and valuable to see before I start my cooks. It makes total sense not to have all burners going....explains why so many others thought the grill was too hot

Of course. People get lazy and forget how to work a griddle or a stove. This halo griddle is the best out there. If you ever have any questions. LMK- gallerybbq@gmail.com

Great intro. Key message is that everyone relays what works for them and how they like to do things. There are multiple means to the same end.
Zone cooking is excellent advice. Applies to grilling too. Iknow so many people who crank their gas grills to high with all burners on to cook anything and it is such a waste of gas (and their food is not great either).

Tommy, excellent explanation of zone cooking. I got my Halo Elite 4B last week and learned very quickly one doesn’t need all the burners running and ripping in temp when I am cooking a stir-fry dinner. I also popped the valve to the 9.5 flow rate and started zone cooking. I has been a joy thus far cooking on the Halo. I enjoy watching your griddle videos keep up the videos …..nicely done mate!

My brother perfectly explained...it's all about controlling the heat 🔥plus with your griddle experience from back in the day. You were also able to finish the eggs with just using the residual heat of the griddle. Much respect to you my brother. Cheers!

You guys provide a valuable service and I enjoy all of you. No reason for us as viewers to be rude or insulting. Enjoy your videos, thanks.

Nice video. I chose the Halo Elite 3B because of its build quality and that you can close the cover unlike most others. Guess I could buy a $200 griddle from Sams Club but I could also drive a Yugo to get me from A to B but going a bit higher quality than that.
I just purchased all the Halo spatulas and they take up a bit of space. Where do you all keep the cooking utensils?

Hey Tommy, if I was buying a griddle, it would definitely be the halo simply checks all the boxes for me nothing wrong with the other griddles matter fact I think they’re all pretty good and not really a bad one. I could see how some may not think it’s worth the money because you can get a really good griddle for half the price but you definitely get what you pay for with this one everything you said was very well said, have a great one as always🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍

On KETO also, what kind of fast are you on - nothing, water only, liquids, etc? If too personal, no need to answer just curious. Love the channel and this explanation is probably going to get me to move to replace my aging BS with the HALO.

No problem. Basically its more of a dirty keto. No sugar! I use monk fruit in my coffee. and fast once a month usually will eat Sunday night and again sometime on Wednesday.. It works for me. Im down about 15lbs and feel awesome. When i fast its water and coffee cream and monk fruit. Nothing else. I keep it low cal as best i can.
