The first one with cinnamon, black pepper, turmeric and ginger DOES work. I got this from another lady on youtube. Its my go to for stomach reduction in less than a week. No diet or exercise. I think I want to try the one with coconut oil because I use it in my coffee and its improving my mental clarity and memory. Why not lose weight and remember where I left my keys 😂😂😂🤣

Heat for no more than 5 minutes if that. In my mug I put the fresh ginger pieces like maybe two pieces... little circles not huge chunks, Sometimes I'll add a little more because I love the taste of ginger to be honest, and I put the turmeric in the mug. Just a few dashes of that so that probably would equal to about a 1/4 of a teaspoon. I pour the hot water, cinnamon, and pepper mix over it. Stir. Let it sit but don't cover it like you're steeping it. Just let it sit for about 10 minutes, stir it as best as you can, because that stuff really doesn't dissolve, and drink it down quick....or you can sip on it, stir it, sip on it, stir it. You know what I mean? It works wonders for me.

I've been doing Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon, Black Pepper, & a bit of Olive Oil for a couple of months now. My AIC has increased from 6.5 to 7.1 ! Other than that, I haven't noticed ANY difference whatsoever !!
I make a mixture of 1 tbs tumeric, 1 tbs ginger, 1 tbs cinammon,1/2 tsp nutmeg , 1/4 black pepper mix all ingredients in a 4oz jar fill with honey, keep in fridge , use 1 tsp of mix in a cup of hot water but not too hot or boiled that will loose the honey benefits, just confortable to drink without burning yourself, hope it helps, grettnings

What about taking turmeric as a vitamin supplement? I take 3 a day.
If you are not seeing results taking the capsules than making the fresh tea daily before breakfast will give you results.
