I took high doses of curcumin while undergoing radiation treatment for 1B breast cancer. I had zero pain from the radiation. My skin peeled and turned red but zero pain. It definitely helped. My doctor did not support me but I did it anyways. It’s been 11 years now. Still going strong.

None the less all is well now, every morning I have a pint glass of water with a spoonful of virgin olive oil nutritional yeast, bit sea salt, turmeric and pepper, apple cider vinegar 1whole lemon, and I swallow 1 crushed garlic clove, this keeps me satiated all day plus I had swollen tummy due to anxiety and too much adrenalin due to my adrenal body type which I learned from you🙏🙏now I'm back to my normal body type I'm 5`, 6 was always slim and toned, now at 57years old I'm looking and feeling better than ever was always young looking babyface and I still look like I'm in my early 40s easily. This has come at just the right time for me. I have had a number of the things you mention here, Doc. My diet now has utterly changed my physical life since I a; gave up drinking and b; found your channel. I initially came here looking for help for my poor abused liver, but have found so much more.
I am now awaiting results of some biopsies, on my lymph glands under my arm, and my right breast. Yes, men can get breast cancer too, something I did not know. We aren't told. Turmeric is now going to be a part of my daily life. I have the root, so I'll use that.

A year ago, I started drinking an ACV shot (mixed with seltzer water) first thing in the morning and another one before going to bed. It has helped greatly with regulating my digestive system, clearing my skin and reducing my sweet cravings. I also drink freshly made ginger/clove/cardamom tea everyday. I’m told I don’t look a day older than 30 but I’m almost 52. I do experience a little joint pain however and for that I’m going to try yoga and stretching.
Any other advice pls send my way and thank you. 💕

Thank you, can I take it safely twice a day? I have several "health problems" like fibromyalgia and inflammation but also digestive issues. I already take it for weeks now but in the evening😅 so glad you made a video about it!

I stopped having turmeric in the past due to the high content on oxalates - which no ones talk and does not balanced back the possible benefits.. but you do you ❤

You can avoid the high oxalate content if you stick to an isolated curcumin supplement.

Turmeric definitely works. I will say that figuring out how much to take is difficult. I took 600mg daily during the covid times and my blood pressure dropped very low and I got cramping. It helps with joint pain, but I feel you can get dependent on it too. I only weigh 115 lbs so dosage should be less, but not much guidance out there. One size does not fit all.

Dr Berg... We called 'JAMU' drinks in Indonesia, Kunyit asem (turmeric, tamarind and palm sugar), Beras Kencur (Rice, aromatic ginger, palm sugar), Sinom (tamarin leaves, turmeric, tamarin, palm sugar) etc... I love it.. include 'Paitan' (Javanese language (one of Indonesian races) meaning of bitter drink, contain of many bitter leaves, very very very bitter but the eldest said it's good for our health, never forget the taste until cry😅). Soo.. Dr.. if you visit to my country.. Indonesia, please try JAMU drinks 😊 especially 'Paitan'. I learn and did alot from your video since 2020.. thank you Dr. Berg... GBU..

Not a fan of powders but I get tumeric root, peel it, shred it in a pan with a little grass fed butter or olive oil black pepper over warm heat not burning after 15 min add whole milk maybe a tiny bit of honey. I think the root is better than powder and can avoid excess concentrations of to much powder. After a hard day of training, lifting, boxing, especially when I’m taking it for several days i feel amazing

How do I get the word out. Helping others is my passion in life and I am so grateful to you for all that you do. My testimony is huge. I’ve cured from IBS , GERD, Bursitis .to be honest from about 12 conditions and all related to inflammation and or deficiencies. I healed from hyperthyroid and exothalmus eye disease from Graves’ disease. I feel healthy today and happy at last. Thank you for being one of the most courageous individuals out there. May God protect you always. I am interested in putting the word out in educating others and guiding them to you and your products which you are tremendously modest about speaking about. I get it though. But Can you guide me as to how I can become a promoter or how can I help others. I almost feel guilty doing nothing while I benefited from all the information I have received throughout the years. I’m eager, motivated, and passionate about helping others. It is so rewarding to share knowledge and know you’re making a difference! ❤. You’re my favorite doc !
