Got mine recently, really love it! Light weight and affordable, the price is a steal on used market here . And the 30mm focal lengh (or 45 on a "full frame" ) actually suprise me. I found that it is very comfortable to shot with.

I have this lens (EX) in EF mount, and in this version it's not at all petite. I have an adapter to use if on my R50. Haven't done so yet. Love Sigma lenses.

Thanks a lot, glad you enjoyed it! And I do think the body of the lens is pretty plain and more utilitarian, and no non-sense rather than having "character" in some way, but not really a bad thing necessarily. Also pretty much a cat person yeah haha, the cats are mine, the black one likes to help with the reviews😄 and the dog is a wanderer coming by in the countryside, friendly fellow 😊
When i use it in photo, the lens makes some noise when auto focusing. Is that normal? It's not that loud but you can hear it when focusing from near to far
