This is the 2-paddle kit, under the MOCOT brand, but I couldn't find much about it online. The model number for this 2-paddle kit is MC P5300 with 3 different presets and a turbo mode, but it seems that many different brands are selling this one, such as Charm Focus. The two paddles are not bad, and it comes with three different preset modes and a turbo mode. Check out this video for upgrading and modifying your current PlayStation 5 DualSense controller into a controller with two back paddles that you can map to.
Other brands like Charm Focus and Borcham are selling these, but I am not too familiar with these brands, as extremerate is the brand I trust a lot more than these two. Best of luck

To set the turbo function, press the turbo button once, short press the paddle button once, the turbo light will flash. When the flashing stops, press the turbo button. functions are available. It's a shame that you can't change the turbo gear. From a Japanese user.
