- This product aims to fix a valid problem. There is no cheap and easy way to get rear buttons/paddles on a PS5 Dual sense. Sony doesn't offer a licensed back attachment like the PS4, and you could disassemble your controller and install a $40 paddle kit. For many gamers the simplicity and fairly cheap price of this plastic attachment, might make it the perfect solution for rear buttons.

I remember back in the Xbox 360 days I had something similar to this. I think it was called avenger elite or something like that. I loved it for trick shotting back in the day when I couldn’t drop over $100 on a scuf
Yeah I briefly recall that too.
I was building my aim controller due to the last video you posted and when I was I noticed a few things lacking on the xbox controllers 1st is that the paddles are not remappable which I would have liked and they don’t use the new grips like on the PlayStation controllers and 2nd it does not have any mechanical buttons which was the feature I mainly wanted to get and for my final gripe, although I’m not sure about it, is if they put the new v3 paddles on there.

Yeah, def buy the extreme rate kit. The PS5 controller is pretty easy to tear down.
I wish the extreme rate 4 button was longer and made of better material. Compared to the two button it’s very easy to actuate accidentally

@@Cause023 you can buy the metal two button version and get the 4 button upgrade kit to kinda improve it
My only thing is I know ima get stuck drift in due time, if I void the warranty then I’m shit out of luck with that controller

Making the back button attachment and not making it compatable with the duel sense controller was such an L on sonys side. Especially now that they aren't gonna have anything new coming to the console apparently. Glad I have a ps5 now but I wish they would make a back button attachment for the dualsense. I'd instantly cop if they did

lol this is pretty creative, but yeh i personally did the remap kit on two dualsense with no prior experience, even did the soldering for l3/r3 and it went very well with the tutorial videos online… i might try the xbox remap kit next but that one is insanely difficult lol

It’s garbage. The only benefit it has over any other “pro” controller is the ability to use a Cronus zen without remote play
Need a device like this to re-route thumbstick clicks to extra shoulder buttons. I want extra top buttons, not back buttons. This a really cool idea, tho. Props to them for making it.
try the wolverine ultimate for top buttons, for dualsense the only choice is the remap kit
@@Medsas Yup I'm using a Wolvie Ultimate right now. I'm pretty much chained to Razer because of the additional Top Buttons, though I saw Flydigi Apex 2 has them too so I might try that one out.

you can simply reattribute the controls on the ps5 settings
In accessibility, then button assigments , Just remap square to Circle. Therefore then u can hit the left paddle to crouch and right to jump. Or u could remap to your liking.
Just a thought to make it more useful and practical.

Paddles don’t make you better it makes it easier to play. There’s players who play claw who will shit on scuf players and vice versa. Skill has zero to do with what controller and style you use.
