Using OBS in Microsoft Teams and Zoom for video AND sound: My 2022 Setup (updated)

I've done videos before about using OBS in your Microsoft Teams and Zoom calls, but I wanted to put together a 2022 update, because I've switched some of my workflow around, and the result is less latency and improved quality. There's still a big problem with this setup though which I talk about in the video (and was in previous setups as well) - you can't hear yourself!

Good tip - RE: Screen sharing. When I do that, I make sure that I click on my video and SPOTLIGHT it for everyone.

I'm surprised we can't connect the OBS output to Teams audio and video!.... you know like how a webcam produces audio and video together that Teams can use.
